REFUNDS and RETURNS
Any product that is damaged or defective will be replaced upon request accompanied by the damaged item(s), within 30 days of purchase.
There are no refunds on the continuing education products.

(http://www.resxrn.com/store) will not be shared, rented, or sold to other companies. We respect your privacy and have instituted policies intended to ensure that your personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner.

RES takes all possible precautions to protect your information both on-line and off-line. When an order or registration form asks for personal information (credit card numbers, social security numbers, etc.), the information is encrypted and is protected by the best encryption software in the industry - SSL.
